This is the kind of documentation I usually warn against. It goes stale quickly and can confuse agents if it's not kept up to date.

He quote-posted poteto’s talk about shipping 2,500 PRs and called the talk worth watching. He usually warns that feature-map docs go stale, then says Lauren’s team uses them as navigation, so that kind of doc can be worth keeping when it enables new behavior.

This is about poteto’s talk, not one release of the plugin.

On the same project, pstack took about an hour and a run without it took about 30 minutes. He says the result was more solid, including catching three false claims, and that small UI tweaks do not need the stack.

If you just blindly copy my exact setup, it's like paying a bunch of money for a code template. It's cringe and bad and it means you suck at engineering.

After two days and about twelve PRs, the diffs stayed small and easy to review. What he values most is the poteto-agent wrapper and a principle layer you can extend.
